I found paper pieces in the binding at the Children's chapter, and a torn page tucked in the book. I've attached the two halves of this torn page in a single scan. See image below...
A total of 3 photos from the Children's chapter are missing. According to the Table of Contents, the Chignons and Lengths chapters are missing a single page each.
