Master Cleanse Diet

The Cleanse has three phases.  The following is a condensed, ordered outline of themastercleanse.org  Please, carefully read themastercleanse.org.

Consult your healthcare provider before doing this diet.

First Phase ~ Ease-Into the Cleanse

  • Day One ~ Living Food Diet
    • Keep to a 60/40 ratio of vegetables to fruit.
  • Day Two ~ Juicing, Blending, Soups and Broths
  • Day Three ~ Orange Juice
    • Mix two liters of freshly squeezed oranges with water to taste.
    • Add maple syrup to orange juice mixture throughout the day, to raise caloric intake.

Second Phase ~ The Lemonade Diet

  • Daily Detox Bowel Movement
    • Nightly (at bed time) Herbal Laxatives
      • Use herbal laxative tablets to control dosage.  Start with 4 tablets.  Increase dosage to 5 tablets if movement doesn't happen in the morning.  Decrease dosage, if cramps or early movement occurs, to 3 tablets.
      • Take this laxative a day before the lemonade diet, then every day after.  This laxative procedure is mandatory!
    • Salt Water Flush (SWF)
      • Must be taken on a empty stomach.
      • Mix 1-2 teaspoons of Sea Salt into a (BPA free) bottle of one liter pure water.  Try to drink the liter all at once as to prevent gagging and throwing-up.
      • Take in the evening.  Movement will occur within 30-60 minutes.  Allow the urge to go build-up.  Expect 3-7 movements.
      • This flush is optional.
  • Lemonade diet
    • 2 Tablespoons Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
      • Tip: Roll lemon on countertop to soften, then cut and juice
    • 2 Tablespoons Rich Maple Syrup
    • 1/10 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper Powder - or to taste (as much as you can stand)
    • 8 ounces (250 milliliters) of Pure Water
    • Keep 10 lemons on counter to ripen: enzymes are more active in a warm room.  Lemons not ready to juice, store in refrigerator.
    • Drink between 6 and 12 glasses of Lemonade each day (some people drink as much as 26 glasses per day).  Start with 12 glasses.  Make adjustments according to hunger or lack of energy.
    • Premixing the lemonade to drink throughout the day
      • Add fresh lemon juice with maple syrup only.  Do not add water and cayenne pepper till ready to drink.  Store concentrate in cool place.
    • Also, drink pure water throughout the day.

Third Phase ~ Ease-Out of the Cleanse
