Dangers of Fluoride - This stuff is
poison!!!
Fluoride is
toxic !!! It is so toxic that a 7oz. tube of fluoride
toothpaste
contains enough fluoride to kill a small child. See The Fraud
of Fluoridation, review by Julie Klotter, Townsend Letter for
Doctors, Aug/Sep., 1995, p.119-120.
Fluoride Linked to Hair Loss
The following shows that fluoride lowers thyroid
activity, resulting in hair loss:
-
Fluoride has been
used as a medication for the treatment of hyperthyroidism.*
-
"Hyperthyroidism
is a disorder of an over-active thyroid gland, and is treated by
reducing the body's metabolism rate."
-
"As is
documented in the study ("Effect of Fluorine on the Thyroidal Iodine
Metabolism in Hyperthyroidism" - Journal of Clinical
Endocrinology, 1958), just 2.3 to 4.5 mg** of fluoride per day
was was found to be successful at treating hyperthyroidism."
-
In the United
States, "total fluoride intake in fluoridated areas ranges from 1.6
to 6.6 mg/day***, a dose which exceeds the dose found to depress the
thyroid (2.3 to 4.5 mg/day)."
-
According
to Mary Shomon, author of
Living Well
with Hypothyroidism
, "The symptoms of
hypothyroidism**** include fatigue, depression, weight gain,
hair loss, muscle and
joint pains, and many other chronic and debilitating symptoms. Low
thyroid can also be linked to increased levels of LDL -- "bad"
cholesterol -- and risk of heart disease."

**5 to 10 mg of Sodium
fluoride (NaF) equals 2.27 to 4.54 mg of fluoride.
*** The Department of Health & Human
Services Report "Review of Fluoride: Benefits and Risks" in 1991
{Table 11, p. 17} estimated that adults' exposure to fluoride in
fluoridated areas ranges from 1.58 to 6.6 mg per day.

Facts About Fluoride
-
98% of western Europe has rejected water fluoridation. This includes:
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy,
Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the majority of
the United Kingdom (90%). Source:
Facts about Fluoridation
-
The US Food and
Drug Administration (FDA) determines fluoride to be a "drug" and must
follow all requirements as such....
-
"Although excess fluoride intake can be
toxic, most reported adverse reactions involve vomiting, diarrhea and eye
irritation. Because fluoride is a
drug, FDA requires
toothpaste manufacturers to include on the labels of fluoride toothpastes
a warning that the products should be kept out of the reach of children
under 6. In addition, because FDA requires all over-the-counter
oral drugs to bear an accidental-ingestion warning, toothpaste labels also
must carry a warning that instructs consumers to contact a professional or
a Poison Control Center if more than the normal amount used for brushing
is swallowed. This labeling requirement took effect April 1997."

Fluoride Death, Lethal &
Toxic Dose
The following
information is provided by
eMedicine -
Article by Geofrey Nochimson, MD...
Frequency:
In the US: In 2002, the
American Association of Poison Control Centers reported 24087
exposures involving toothpaste with fluoride.
Mortality/Morbidity:
One death from ingestion of fluoride
toothpaste was reported to the
American Association of Poison Control Centers in 2002.
-
Death may result from ingesting as little
as 2 g of fluoride in an adult and 16 mg/kg in children. Symptoms may
appear with 3-5 mg/kg of fluoride.
-
Estimated toxic dose for fluoride
ingestion is 5-10 mg/kg.
-
Estimated lethal dose is 5-10 g (32-64
mg/kg) in adults and 500 mg in small children.

White or Processed/Refined Sugar ~
A Poisonous Chemical Product
There are two
types of sugars-- naturally occurring sugars and processed/refined
sugars. Naturally occurring sugars are found in fruits,
vegetables, milk, honey, etc. Refined sugars is man-made and
processed from sources containing naturally occurring sugars.
|
Did you know?
Did you know
processed or refined white sugar is an addictive drug, and not a
food??? See
Sugar Blues
by William Dufty. In fact, processed sugar suppresses your
body's defense mechanisms. By legal definition, anything
that affects the body's operation is considered a "drug." In
this case, your body handles
processes sugar just like a poison,
focusing
all its efforts & resources getting rid of sugar, forgoing any
infection and disease.
Some facts about
processed/refined sugar....
Sugar in one can
of soda pop can suppress your immune system for up to 6 hours !!!
That means you can catch a flue or cold within those hours.!!!
One can contains 40 grams (10 teaspoons) of refined sugar.
An average North
American consumes 48 gallons of carbonated soft drinks every year.
The average
American consumes 20% of daily calories from refine sugar, which
amounts to 150 pounds of sugar per year. Wow!!! This put a
whole new light on the sweet munchies during the holiday's flue
season.
It takes 16 feet
of 1 inch diameter sugar cane to produce 1 teaspoon of refined sugar.
Hmmm... now that's refined.
Refined sugar
first appeared as a "military drug" in Napoleon's army, as a
lightweight energy source, during The War of 1812.... which he
lost!!!!
Refined sugar
entered into the food supply at the turn of the 18-1900 century.
Sugar interferes
with the body's healing functions.
Processed sugar is
anaerobic. Which by the way, cancer grows in an anaerobic
environment.

There is no
nutritive value, no vitamins or minerals, in processed sugars.
We call this "empty calories." In fact, your body has no means
to digest and metabolize such sugars. Your digestive system has
to pull B vitamins and minerals from your body.
Some people
believe that there is no deference between naturally occurring and
refined sugars; for example, such as honey and white sugar.
However, there is a deference in a mass spectrometer.
White refined
sugar (table sugar) is pure sucrose. The chemical formula for
sucrose is C-12 H-22 O-11.
Glucose is natural product found in sugar cane. Fructose is
natural product found in fruits. Simple carbohydrates (white
sugar) complex carbohydrates (cereals, fruits, vegetables, etc.,
nutrients and dietary fibers)

Dangers of Smoking
According to the American Cancer
Society...
Do
not ever use ammonia and bleach together !!!
Ammonia and chlorine bleach*, when mixed together,
produces a deadly gas. This gas can destroy your lungs...
forever !!! See
The Dangers of Mixing Bleach and Ammonia BTW... this is
Mustard Gas. !!!!
The same stuff used in WWI-WWII. See below hazardous combination

Contact dermatitis
Contact
dermatitis refers to the
skin
changes that occur as a result to exposure to allergenic or irritant
substances... Common causes of irritant contact dermatitis are harsh
soaps, detergents, and cleaning products.
Following
are the top 10 causes of contact dermatitis recently identified by
Mayo Clinic physicians:
-
Nickel,
commonly found on jewelry clasps or buttons.
-
Gold, usually
worn as jewelry.
-
Balsam of Peru,
a fragrance used in skin care products and perfume.
-
Thimerosal, a
preservative used in vaccines.
-
Neomycin
sulfate, a topical antibiotic.
-
Fragrance mix,
which is comprised of eight of the most common flavorings found in
various products.
-
Formaldehyde, a
preservative that can be found in paper products, paints, building
materials, medications, household cleaners and fabric finishes.
-
Cobalt
chloride, a metal found in medical products, hair dye,
antiperspirants, and in snaps, buttons and tools.
-
Bacitracin, a
topical antibiotic.
-
Quaternium-15,
a preservative found in skin care products and in industrial
products such as pains, polishes and waxes.

Triclosan + Chlorinated Water =
Chloroform gas
|
Chloroform is a "volatile liquid haloform (CHCl3); formerly used as an
anesthetic."
Triclosan 5-chloro-2
-(2,4-dichlorophenoxy) phenol. "A diphenyl ether derivative used in
cosmetics and toilet soaps as an
antiseptic. It has some bacteriostatic and fungistatic action."
Binary Poison is a
term used when two ingredients combined together necessary to
produce a poison. |
Top Story April 16,
2005.
Researchers
have found that triclosan, a chemical found in toothpaste, when mixed
with chlorinated drinking water, can cause chloroform gas. When inhaled, can lead to
depression, liver problems and cancer. Triclosan is also
found in household anti-bacterial products. BTW... chloroform can
be absorbed through the skin !!!!
"This is the first work that we know of
that suggests that consumer products, such as antimicrobial soap, can
produce significant quantities of chloroform." Professor
Peter Vikesland, of
Virginia Tech University. See Virginia
Tech News -- Story
"The formation of chloroform from
triclosan is of concern because the U.S. EPA classifies the compound
as a probable human carcinogen. Moreover, the presence of
trihalomethanes such as chloroform in drinking water has been linked
with human bladder cancers and miscarriages."
