Got Water?
Our bodies
are made up of 75% water & 25% solid matter. The brain is 85%
water. Research has shown that we need
one-half our body's weight in fluid ounces per day. This does
not include coffee, teas, alcohol, juices, etc... During normal
activity our bodies loose at least 3 quarts of water each day.
"The simple truth is that dehydration
can cause disease." Dr. Batmanghelidj, author of
Your Body's Many Cries for Water
